On-street parking is available directly outside of the hotel, charged at a hourly rate Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm). There is no charge at the weekend. There is 24/7 free parking within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Please ask in advance and we’ll be happy to advise
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our suites to ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all guests.
Our family suites can comfortably accommodate up to four adults, making them perfect for small families or groups. We can also provide a cot for your little one.
While we do not have a strict minimum stay requirement, we encourage guests to stay for at least two nights to fully experience the charms of Leith and its surroundings.
We are very well connected to the city centre by tram, bus and taxi. We recommend experiencing the tram – its only a 12 minute journey to Princes Street.
